Welcome to Endless Summer - a lovely airy & spacious 2 bedroom,1 full bath condo on the 9th floor of the By the Sea complex,directly across Seawall Boulevard from Babe's Beach with gorgeous views to both east and west for sunrise and sunset views.Everything you'll need for up to 6 guests is included in this lovely condo including a full kitchen with all full-sized appliances!Primary bedroom with queen bed, second bedroom with boat themed twin bed & trundle, and queen sleeper sofa in living room.

When you step inside and turn the corner it's nothing but light, water and sky that you see through the sliding doors in the living room. Before you get there, you'll find the kids' room with twin bed and trundle, as well as a closet, the kitchen is the next room you encounter en route to the open kitchen/living/dining room where there are sliding doors to the balcony. Off to the left of the hallway you'll find the primary bedroom with another set of doors to the balcony, as well as a full bath with soaker tub and shower, as well as vanity and commode. Behind the bathroom door are a full-sized washer and dryer. Pack light, or extend your stay! You can do your laundry while here.

The complex has a tennis court and swimming pool out back, along with a pergola and grill for guest use. Plenty of seating around the pool area and BBQ to get sun, shade, or enjoy your grilling delicacies!

My Galveston Getaway includes bed linens and bath/hand/wash cloths for each guest (1 per guest per stay) as well as dish towels and starter supplies of coffee, soap, shampoo, conditioner, paper products, trash bag and dish washing options. These are intended truly as starter supplies - not to last your group the duration of your stay - but enough for you to figure out the "lay of the land" and where you prefer shopping whether it's the local grocery stores or the larger outlets such as Kroger, Randall's, WalMart or Target.

By the Sea charges a resort/parking/amenities fee over which the owners of the condo nor My Galveston Getaway have any control and we are unable to collect and pay that for you in advance of your arrival.

We rent to responsible adults, 25 years of age and older, and we will ask you to complete a very simple renters agreement once you have booked with us that asks only for information you may have already provided to the platforms such as AirBnB and / or VRBO, but also the names and ages of each guest who will accompany you and an emergency contact person in the unlikely event we need to reach someone on your behalf.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
