The $170.00 cleaning and damage waiver fee includes check-out cleaning and a damage waiver for accidental damages up to $1,500.00.
The Dawn Beach Condominium Owners’ Association charges a parking fee of $37.89, tax included, per vehicle for the duration of your stay during vacation rentals and $37.89 per vehicle per month during longer stays. This fee is paid to the complex upon arrival and is not something that My Galveston Getaway is able to collect in advance. The Dawn complex accepts checks and credit/debit cards only as payment for their parking/resort/amenity fee.
