The $105.00 cleaning and damage waiver fee includes check-out cleaning and a damage waiver for accidental damages up to $1,500.00.
The Victorian Owners' Association charges a parking fee of $30.00 plus tax per unit for stays of one to fifteen days and $60.00 plus tax per vehicle for stays of sixteen or more days. This fee is paid to the complex at check-in. At this time, the staff will provide guests with the WiFi code, parking permits (up to 2 permits per unit - additional permits require an additional, equivalent fee), and wristbands to access on-site amenities for the maximum occupancy of that unit. Additional wristbands are NOT available for purchase as occupancy limits are established by the complex.
