Welcome to Gulf Sunshine - where the views from the balcony beckon you to one of the two pools at the complex and the gulf directly across Seawall Boulevard. The photos of the views are REAL - taken from the balcony of this lovely condo. All new furnishings including queen mattresses in the bedroom and queen sleeper sofa, kitchen table, large smart tv and plenty of storage added!  Fresh paint throughout makes this cozy condo your perfect Galveston retreat. Plenty of room for 5 guests with the additional twin day bed tucked away in the hallway alcove - this cute little place is perfect for your Galveston Getaway.

The kitchen has a full-sized fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and two-burner cooktop as well as all of the kitchenware you will need to prepare your meals.

The balcony has "bar height" furniture so you can watch the kiddos and the waves above the balcony railings. The living room has been updated with a new 55" TV with Roku and Netflix capabilities!

Additional Information

The $105.00 cleaning and damage waiver fee includes check-out cleaning and a damage waiver for accidental damages up to $1,500.00.

The Victorian Owners' Association charges a parking fee of $35.00 plus tax per unit for stays of one to fifteen days and $60.00 plus tax per vehicle for stays of sixteen or more days. This fee is paid to the complex at check-in. At this time, the staff will provide guests with the WiFi code, parking permits (up to 2 permits per unit - additional permits require an additional, equivalent fee), and wristbands to access on-site amenities for the maximum occupancy of that unit.  Additional wristbands are NOT available for purchase as occupancy limits are established by the complex.
