Come Stay With Us and experience the service difference you receive when this property's owner has hired a professional property management company who takes customer service as # 2 only to your safety. While you're in the condo you have 2 TV's to choose from (bedroom and living room) - or take 2 steps outside to the balcony that overlooks one of the complex pools (the heated one) and views to the gulf. Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise, or an evening beverage of your choice. Watch the waves, the birds, the sky change and plan tomorrow's activities. All while barefootin'!
We provide self check in instructions 24-72 hours prior to arrival - and when you are on vacation - YOU ARE ON VACATION. Should you need to reach us, however, we are but a phone call or email away and ready to assist you. We are happy to answer any questions at any time, but to ensure we give you the correct code we cannot provide access instructions earlier than this.
The Victorian condominium complex is located on Seawall Boulevard with protected (traffic signal) crossing at the corner for ease of getting to the beach. You will be close to shopping and eateries - so whether you plan to experience Galveston's culinary adventures or save money by cooking in (some or all of your meals) it's convenient from this central Seawall Boulevard Location.
The complex has 2 pools – at least one of which is heated in the seasons when God does not do this for us. There are two hot tubs, a fitness center and picnic/BBQ areas.
We look forward to hosting you in this privately owned condo that the owners entrust us to manage on their behalf. Each condo at this complex is privately owned - while we manage a few - we don't manage them all.
What's included: Bed linens for all beds, one bath, hand and wash cloth for each guest that the unit welcomes. We do not provide beach/pool towels and we do ask that our towels not be removed from the condo and taken to the beach or pool. They can get damaged or lost.
Starter supplies: 2 rolls of 2-ply, quilted toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, a dishwasher tablet, small dishwashing liquid, sponge, 2 small soaps, 2 small shampoos, trash bag, and coffee including sweeteners, stir sticks, powdered creamer to make that first pot. These are intended to get you started while you make your list and decide where to shop (there is a WalMart, Kroger, Randall's, Arlan's and Target on the island, as well as many mom & pop grocery stores.
The Victorian charges a parking/resort/amenity fees. This is not a charge from My Galveston Getaway and is paid directly to the complex upon your arrival. They will issue a parking permit and may issue wristbands that identify guests who are authorized at the complex. They will also provide guests with the codes for the gates to enter the property - both drive-through and walk through, pools, hot tubs, fitness center and the WiFi code which is changed monthly. It is a complex-wide WiFi system.
The Victorian complex does not allow renters to have a pet – so if you travel with Fido or Fifi – please check out the other My Galveston Getaway managed properties that ARE dog friendly. While true service animals are an exception – you very well may be asked by the complex to provide the verification. For short term rental/vacation purposes – emotional support animals are not considered true support animals and we are unable to make exceptions to a rule that is in place and enforced by a complex in which we manage condos. Kindly be respectful. All properties managed by My Galveston Getaway are 100% non-smoking/non-vaping properties.
After making your reservation you will receive a link to complete our renters agreement. The only information we request differently than the booking platforms (VRBO/AirBnB) is your personal email address, the names and ages of each person who will be in the property during your stay, and your driver’s license information as well as an emergency contact should we need to reach someone on your behalf. Thank you for completing this in a timely manner so that we may send you the check-in instructions for the property you have reserved.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
